Do I need a cosigner if I have bad credit scores?

I want to take loan to pay my default bills. But the problem is that I am suffering from bad credit history. I have to pay my bill urgently. I am searching for the lender that will offer me loan amount quickly. I want to know where I can find such lender that provides loans without credit check. Do I need a cosigner for the approval of the loan? Please give some suggestion, its urgent.
