How much will a no credit check motorcycle loan interest rates would be?

I am looking to get a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r for $3500, but I don’t have enough money to buy it. So I want to go with motorcycle loan but I don’t have a good credit history. So, does anyone know what qualification do I need to get this loan and what would be the ideal interest rate. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
