Orthodontic care is very expensive. In contrast of dental insurance orthodontic care cost more in a year. In the orthodontic care equipment cost like braces, cost of checkup, adjustment cost, dental x-rays and other products tool like retainers, can etc are included and it cost a lot for you. If you have taken orthodontic insurance plan then relax it will cover the cost of braces for you. If you confused then you must ask to your insurance carrier that whether your loan cover the cost of braces or not. If not then you must claim for this and you have to convince your insurance carrier that this is not right and my plan should cover the cost of braces when I will go for the care.
There are some plans included in orthodontic insurance which may not allow for the coverage of cost of braces. If this is the problem then you must change the plan and should go for the plan which covers the cost of braces.
